The movie, which chronicles the ups and downs of eponymous Canadian heavy metal band, also won the music documentary award earlier this week, reports The Hollywood Reporter . Ray Romano returns to TV Monday, four years after "Everybody Loves Raymond," with a new series that he co-created. Naturally, the show from the veteran stand-up and comedy Emmy winner is a drama. "Men of a Certain Age," which Romano co-created with "Raymond" writer and executive producer Mike Royce, premieres at 10 p.m. ET Monday on TNT. "Drama" maybe isn't the exact right word for the show. "Men of a Certain Age" is an easygoing dramedy about three guys (Romano, Andre Braugher and Scott Bakula ) on the far side of 40 who are still trying to figure out the direction of their lives. 'Monk' is gone, but he left a legacy

"Monk" works his last case Friday night, ending an eight-season run that put Tony Shalhoub 's obsessive-compulsive detective into the pantheon of quirky TV gumshoes. "Monk" was never an especially challenging show, which was one of its charms. You knew going into an episode that Shalhoub's character would likely be grossed out by some unpleasant aspect of a crime scene, that his keenly honed observational powers would help him see things no one else could and that by the end of the hour, those things would come together to catch the perpetrator. What has kept the show entertaining for so long is its strong investment in character. Creator Andy Breckman and the show's writers have kept an admirably light hand on things over the years -- further adding to the show's comfort-food vibe -- but they've also given supporting actors Traylor Howard, Ted Levine and Jason Gray-Stanford enough material to push their characters beyond the standard-issue bosses and sidekicks. " FlashForward " hit its midseason finale this week and there were certainly some surprises and reveals, the biggest perhaps being that the show will not return until March of next year. This, however, isn't just news to the audience. Co-creator and executive producer David Goyer tells Zap2it that the network presented his team with the option only a couple of days ago. But the decision wasn't difficult. Had "FlashForward" returned in January, it would've suffered through four schedule interruptions, with the holidays, the Olympics and other various conflicts in the way. Coming back in March allows them to avoid that mess and run all of the season's remaining episodes without break. But will the storyline dates match up with real life dates?
